Frustrating to say the least.....Appointment was made for 8am(1st Appointment of the day) I watched as 4 cars were serviced in the same bay prior to my vehicle being taking care of. 3 hours later.....35 of which were actually spent on my vehicle, the service advisor could not get me a straight answer on my inquiry regarding a tapping noise coming from the engine bay and then said the tech. Said it's common on this vehicle. Add this to a list of DO BETTERS!

I came in to have my car's air-conditioner checked out because it is not working the way that it use to. It does not get as cold as it use to and there is warm air in the car while the air-conditioner is on. I left the car at the service center. The repairman called me and said that the car was ready to be picked up. When I came to get the car the repairman told me that the air-conditioner was working good now. He said that it would get so cold that I would need a jacket to wear. He had me to sit in the car and turn the air-conditioner on. It did not get cold. I said -is that it. He assured me that it would get cold. It still does not get cold and it takes a bit longer for it to just get cool and there is still warm air circulating inside the car.

I had been working with Timothy Kubo for a few days on what my next vehicle would be. I explained my budget, and what type of vehicle I was looking for. He showed me the Equinox LT and I fell in love. He even went above and beyond and got me a color that I absolutely loved! He stayed in constant contact with me for 2 days on deals, special pricing and answered all of my questions quickly, clearly and with a smile. He took care of everything while I rested at home (being 9 months pregnant and all!) and when it was time, I went to the dealership to sign for my new car! Everything for the new car was prepped and ready to go. I was only in Finance for about 5-7 minutes. It was BY FAR my best car buying experience! Brought my car in for an airbag recall and an oil change. When I came to pick up my car the paperwork was not right. The price I was quoted on the coupon was not present. They did indeed lower the price at my inconvenience. Upon driving off I found that my Sirius XM radio antenna was no longer connected. Went back to the dealership, was told it couldn't have been them. Truck was taken to the back to get looked at. 30 minutes later was told it wasn't them and I would need to come back for electrical to look at it. I drove in listening to XM and had no way to disconnect anything. They were working in that area and could have accidentally unplugged it. I also did not receive a copy of the inspection sheet. I won't be returning to this dealership.

My experience was very frustrating I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. I brought in my vehicle for a routine oil change and was told it would be completed the 3 hours or so. However, after calling multiple times to check the status, I received no clear update and my vehicle was not ready until the following day. This is completely unacceptable for such a simple service. Michael Alvarez was my service advisor. I was later told he had a family emergency and had to leave, which I understand can happen. However, what’s concerning is that no one else followed up with me or kept me informed about my vehicle. The lack of communication and accountability from your department was unprofessional. Needless to say, I will not be returning to have my vehicle serviced at your location.

You overcharged my husband for oil change. When I made the appointment I advised them I had the coupon online for $79’.95 and it included tire rotation. You guys charged me an extra $10 for it plus extra fees to dump oil. Total was over $106. I brought my vehicle in on May 19, 2025, due to a manufacturer recall. While i understood that repairs could take time, I expected at least basic communication about the status of my car. Unfortunately, that never happened. Between May and July, I tried calling no one answered, left voicemails and call was never returned. I even visited the service department, to be met with vague answers. I was even given a number to receive text updates - that didn't work because no one replied back. To make matters worse, we were told after the fact that the rental contract had expired and needed updated signatures. No one had called to inform us, and we were expected to just know we only found out because we went to the shop to ask for an update. I refused to return or sign anything until we received some sort of update. It wasn't until two months later, that I finally got my vehicle back. When I shared my frustration with the service rep, he apologized and said the original person who handled our service was let go back in early June. While that may explain part of the delay, it doesn't excuse the complete lack of follow-up from anyone else on staff. All we wanted was to be informed: what was wrong with the vehicle, whether it was covered, and how long it would take. This experience was beyond frustrating, and due to the poor communication and lack of accountability, I will not be brining any of my vehicles back for service here again.

I took my 2025 Blazer EV to service for the first 7500 mile service. One part of the service was to connect the code reader to the port located to the left of the steering wheel, near the left foot area. When I received my vehicle after the service was completed and I was half way home, I felt something bumping against my left leg. Upon arrival at home, I noticed the diagnostic port was not put back as found when Im arrived. It was just left dangling. There was no noticeable affect in driving or vehicle performance, and I was able to put it back in place. This made me wonder, if this was not put back properly, what else was not correctly done, put back in place, or service not performed that should have. There are several Chevrolet Dealers within a 20 mile radius of my residence, two closer than Diamond Chevrolet of San Bernardino. With this lack of effort/attention to detail experience at Diamond Chevrolet of San Bernardino, I will take my vehicle to a different dealership to have service done. This is unfortunate due to an Exceptional Sales and Financing staff; however, purchase and financing is done. Service, did not meet same level of performance. Thank you

I always have a great experience with the service department. They are thorough in identifying any mechanical issues with my vehicle, even when I’ve brought it in for unrelated repairs. One area for improvement would be in the video walk-around process. When the service advisor completes the video for damage identification, I think they should review it with the customer and send a copy via email before the customer leaves. This would ensure clarity and provide the customer with a record for future reference.

I waited 25 minutes for someone to attend me at the service department. I was not in line waiting. I was next to be attended. The service members were too busy bullshiting with a female there. I was attended after Claudio helped me and asked if I was being helped. It look like he was checking with a mechanic. Claudio also fixed an error with the vin number taken incorrectly. I asked to speak to the service manager but apparently they didn't have one. I will not be going to this dealership for service and recommend service to be looked at by the GM.

The first car I took in they took the computers word for it on the code and wanted to charge me 5000.00 to replace both catalytic converters and O2 sensors but that wasn't the problem.They didn't verify first but after that I had no problem. The second car was there for 2 weeks because of employees turn around but once that was resolved I was very happy with the customer service and the outcome so I will bring both vehicles back again and just hope the turn around to get them back gets better

I took my camaro in on a wed, Max said it would be diagnosed Friday or Monday the latest, I called Friday and NO ONE was available to speak to, left messages and no response, the receptionist said the WARRANTY company was who they were waiting for, they had to GO IN and see the car, I called the warranty and they had NO SUCH INFORMATION! Monday I called and Max was out, I had to have my daughter go in and see whats going on so I can get a rental from the warranty co, the manager was unavailable and she was ignored for 1/2 hour while waiting, finally some spoke to her and said , itll be looked at tues or wed now, so I called and finally spoke to max and said, 'hey SINCE YOU HAVE THE CAR, HAVE THEM DO THE ANDROID AUTO IT HAS NOT WORKED SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR 9 MONTHS AGO," he said ok, the car is in the bay , ill call them and tell them to do it. i get a text the car will be ready on Monday 10 days later, so I pick the car up and THE RECEPTIONIST WANTS TO CHARGE 700PLUS, I SAID NOOO I HAVE THE DED FOR THE WARRANTY AND SHE SAYS , OH YEAH I DIDNT SEE IT.... I GET IN MY CAR AND THE ANDROID AUTO IS NOOOTT DONE, ITS ALMOST 2 WEEKS NOW THEY AHD THE CAR. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!

My vehicle was there for over a month and it wasn’t fixed properly. Vehicle wasn’t diagnosed properly. Seem like they were just charging parts and hoping it would be fixed. Communication between service advisor and my warranty weren’t rhe same. Spoke to service director and he said he would personally take charge of my vehicle and call me personally. He never did. I tried calling him for weeks and nothing. I will never take my vehicle there again. Gonna go buy a ford.

The same issues keep coming back even after being ‘fixed’ under warranty multiple times — especially with the motor mount. It’s frustrating when a dealership doesn’t take long-term accountability for the quality of their repairs or the parts they use. As a customer, I expect consistency, transparency, and better communication. Diamond Chevrolet has been my go to dealer for oil changes. My service appointment this week felt like I was at a new department. I really missed the old service team, they were awesome. I had a 1230pm appointment and left at 330pm. It felt like everyone was new and had no training. I dont fault the service writer as he said he was new, I fault the service manager, the new guy had no support and had to run around like a chicken with head cut off. My truck sat ready out front for 45 min just to get paperwork to the cashier. After the service was done, the truck was pulled back to the back lot only to sit there rather than being pulled up front to empty pick up area. I had to ask the employee to please bring the truck up. I witnessed 3 other customers ahead of me that were very upset about their service, communication, and wait time. Im going to try this dealer one more time with hopes, things get back to how service was before.

Went to get an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately the dealership took almost two hours for that. Even though I had an appt at 9:30AM. On top of that after I asked for the multipoint inspection sheet and the clerk said she didn’t have it. Then she tells me they were unable to do the tire rotation. I asked her why was I charged for it and then why wasn’t it done? She said the couldn’t find the tire lugnut key. I asked why they didn’t call me or look in the glove compartment… she said she didn’t know. I went and got the service advisor to let him know what happened and how this is unacceptable. He told me they would do it right now. After 20 minutes no call saying my car was done I just came back to the service spot to see my car there. I picked it up and drove to the dealership. I think my car is leaking oil now because my car is now having oil drop from the bottom. Will be taking my car back to see if they did something wrong. It’s a 2023 traverse with 20k miles… it shouldn’t have a leak.

The guy that helped me was very rude, and condescending every time I go in. Not very helpful at all. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade I bought several cars from this dealership. I know Nate its gone however I'm use to dealing with him and his great customer service. I've never said anything due to retaliation towards my vehicle. I try to be polite but it can only go so far dealing with someone who does not have any customer service. I paid for my maintenance when I purchased my truck and I have had several times where I'm given a bill. My side mirror was also broken by a technician and I've been given a difficult time with replacing it. I was asked to leave my truck over night for that mirror replacement which is outrageous. I use my truck for work I just can't imagen it taking that long. Which brings me to feeling distrust with crest.
